SALICORNES
Called also "passe-pierre", this plant which likes the salt grows naturally in the Bay de Somme, on regularly covered by the sea grounds.
Seasonal product, it is hand picked from May till August.
Its soft and fleshy, crunchy and salty stems, are consumed raw or cooked, natural or in the vinegar, in salad or cooked …
The salicorne allows to combine, with pleasure, food and beneficial effects of nature.
