SALICORNE AU VINAIGRE
The Bay of Somme is a jewel. Through the sincere love I feel to this region,
I have no problem speaking about its products

SALICORNE IN THE VINEGAR
The salicorne, also called pass-pierre, grows naturally in Bay of the Somme on grounds regularly covered by the sea. Green forest colored, salicornes are soft, fleshy and crappy, with a slightly salty and acid taste.Hand picked, they consume fresh in salad, in vegetables or kept in the vinegar in condiments.

In the vinegar, they will accompany pleasantly your dishes, cooked pork meats and smoked fish.
