PORK OF PLAINS IN JELLY
Inspired of the famous Flemish potjevlees , this friendly dish of the improvised meals is only prepared with some pork, fed in cereal and brought up on straw.
Cooked in the beer with spices, it samples very cold with a salad or better with chips.
With their sense of the reception, picards always have one of it in the refrigerator to hold friends.
