PORC D'ANTAN
Speciality of Picardy, the Porc d’Antan was born, brought up and down only in the region.
Of very high quality, this product arises from porks brought up in the straw, fed in cereal and in linen in spacious and airy buildings. Its delicious meat does not dissolve while cooking and is naturally rich in omega 3.
Its breeding technique seduced the craftsmen butchers of our region who will know how to best advise you.
