PIG'S EARS IN THE VINEGAR
The maritime aster, so called pig's ear, is a typical plant of marshes and prés-salés.
Its leaves are served crude or cooked especially in youthful period (when their size varies from 5 to 20 cm). Discover them in condiment as an accompaniment bowls of meat, with fish or in salads.
