Some products are really regional even in their names
Muché is one example. Just like muches "hiding places" in Picard, this pâté of meat presents small cavities caused by its fabrication method inspired by traditional farms transformations.
To perfect its cooking, it is still beaten with a fork in the middle-cooking. Made without coloring matter, conservative or emulsifier, it remains one of the fleurons of our regional manufacturings. The Much' ail is a variation with garlic, slightly spicier.
Sample it very freshly on a slice of farmhouse bread, accompanied with a salad of endives.
