HONEY FROM LIME TREE
The lime tree with small leaves is a wild, spontaneous and plentiful essence in our forests. From June till July, these uncountable perfuming flowers, secrete an precious nectar whose the bees are crazy.
Traditionally, the professional beekeepers from Picardy, North Pas-de-Calais and Ile-de-France move their hives in forest to allow their bees to gather the flowers of lime tree and to produce this symbolic honey with this taste so characteristic.
In mouth, its delicate and slightly granular texture exhale more or less intense refreshing mentholated aromas.
To sample on a beautiful sandwich of bread, in a warm drink, in gingerbread or in cooking.
