MACAROONS FROM AMIENS, PAVES FROM CORBIE OR PAVES PICARDS
The macaroon from Amiens is considered as one of the the oldest macaroons of France. Its fame raises from the XVIth century. It is a small cakewith a soft heart. Fresh and soft with a delicious taste of almond and honey from Somme.
More recently created, the Pavé from Corbie or Pavé Picard, is its cousin with hazelnut. They sample with happiness at any time of the day, oneselves, in accompaniment of a warm drink, a sherbet or in cake pastry.
The tuile from Amiens is composed of superior-quality, black or milk chocolate plus almonds which give it its crispy sound. It samples for the pleasure in any time.
