FLOURS
In the last mill in service in Somme the same family, since 1645, transmits the know-how of miller.
There is produced the flour of the Avocette. A lot of other quality flours are prepared in order to allow you to cook pastries and breads, without forgetting salted and sweetened "ready to use" ones . When opening the packet, you will be seduced by the aspect and the texture of these flours you will have pleasure to use.
