ESCARGOTINE TRADITIONAL DELIGHT
To prepare toasts differently, discover this pâté.It is cooked with snails bred on the soissonnais soil in a totally natural environment. Once their shell is removed, they are cooked in the court-bouillon, then chopped and mixed in diverse ingredients (butter, parsley, garlic, powder of almond, cream, spinach, salt, pepper)in order to form a flavored mousse which will be served on toasts for the apéritif.
