JAM OF MILK
According to a legend of the XIXth century, the discovery of the jam of milk would be due to the mistake of a chef of the napoleonic army. During a battle, the milk for the soldiers would have warmed for such a long time, but the result was more than delicious! A charmingly caramelized smooth dough.
Elaborated from milk of Thiérache, this jam of milk has a taste of soft toffy with the flavour of the milk and the unctuousness of a heavy cream.
It samples in the spoon, on pancakes, in a yoghourt or in cake pastry.
