BIO CIDER
This biological cider arises from an orchard of cider apples, led according to the principle of the organic farming, transformed in a familial farm. Its manufacturing results from the natural fermentation of the must of apples. The cider is slowly worked to allow the expression of the tastes and the typical flavours of our soil.
Sampled freshly, it releases, from the first mouthful, all the subtlety of the aromas of the fruit, and the characteristic curvature of a slowly matured cider.
This bio farmer cider will accompany your receipts of poultry, pork or game with sharpness as well as your desserts or tease.
