CHUTNEY WITH RED AND WOOD FRUITS
Welcome to the country of the bitter-sweet flavours with these original chutneys: these bitter-sweet condiments, made of fruits or vegetables (or both) cook in some vinegar added by sugar and by spices, until they have the consistency of confiture or compote.
Strawberries, plums, blackberries, elder and onions of the exploitation, the raspberries and the currants of Picardy are cooked to become these condiments which will amaze your papillae.
