BRAY FROM PICARDY, BRAY IN FLAX
Made from raw milk "immediately milked, immediately made", these cheeses are made according to the traditional methods of the canton of Songeons.
This creamy cheese, with 50 % of fat, is traditional of the Country of Bray. Young, this soft cheese has a flavor of butter. It wins in strength and in unctuousness as the days go by.
Enriched by flax seeds, it is naturally rich in Omega 3, and develop an original taste of sweet cereal.
