Tarte au Maroilles
Tart with Maroilles cheese
A recipe from the Auberge de la Brune à Burelles (Aisne)

 

- 1 puff paste
- 250 g of Maroilles cheese
- 15 cl of béchamel
- 2 soupspoons of crème fraiche


 

How to cook (6 pers.) :

- Preheat your oven in 250 °.
- Put the puff paste a buttered pie plate.
- Remove the crust of Maroilles and cut in fine and regular slices.
- Mix the béchamel in the crème fraiche and spread over the puff beforehand picked with a fork.
- Spread Maroilles above.
- Put in your oven, lower the thermostat to 200 ° and let cook 25 in 30 minutes (Maroilles must be browned)
