Tarte fine aux pommes et à la confiture de lait
Fine tart in apples and jam of milk
A recipe from the Os à Moelle

 

- Puff paste
- 1/2 jar of jam of milk
- 2 big apples
- 20g of butter


 

How to cook (4 pers.) :

- Preheat the oven in th. 6 (180 °C)
- Peel apples, cut them in two, hollow out and cut in slices.
- Spread the pastry and cut, either in 4 rectangles, or in triangles, or then in circles.
- Put on a oven plate, spread of jam of milk.
- Arrange apples, strew with knobs of butter and put in the oven for 15 in 20 minutes, until tarts are browned.
- Serve tepid or cold.
- Accompany with a ball of vanilla ice cream.
