- Rattes and vitelottes potatoes
- Smoked fishes : salmon,Trout and eel (quite other smoked fish can also agree)
- Custard tart preparation (1 whole egg + 1egg yolk , 20 cl of liquid cream)
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg


 

How to cook (4 pers.) :

- Cook the potatoes 'à l'anglaise'(in a boiling pan), peel them and cut them in slices
- Butter ramekins, add the smoked salmon around them
- Put a row of ratte then the trout and the smoked eel and finish by the vitelotte
- Pour with the custard tart preparation
- To cook in the oven in 180 ° during 15 minutes in a dish with water.
