How to cook (1 pers.) :
- In the eggs dish slightly buttered, put a toast.
- Add on the toast a little grated cheese and the slice of ham.
- Put down the fine slices of Maroilles and a new layer of grated cheese.
- Spray the whole of 2 soupspoons of white wine.
- Coat of a soupspoon of crème fraiche.
- Cook in the oven letting brown.
